使用方法 :
1.用作面部精華油, 使用前先清潔面部, 然後塗上爽膚水, 再將幾滴的按摩油與面霜在手心混合, 均勻塗抹於臉部和頸部, 皮膚會慢慢吸收不需清 洗。
2.用作面部按摩/刮痧, 使用前先清潔, 然後將按摩油均勻塗抹於臉部和頸部，塗抹後按摩幾分鐘，促進按摩油的吸收。 從面部由內到外。 按摩完成後待十分鐘讓皮膚會慢慢吸收，用清水輕輕清洗。
面部按摩/刮痧方法 :
1.將按摩油均勻塗抹於臉部和頸部，塗抹後按摩幾分鐘，促進按摩油的吸收
2.從面部由內到外,用中指食指/刮痧板輕按嘴角提拉，從下到上
3.緊接著按摩小鼻，從下往上
4.從小鼻往上，到額頭由中向兩邊推開
5.滑到眼部周圍，按摩眼部，從眼尾開始按到眉頭處相接
6.順著眼窩輕按至耳朵前，再順著按到脖子淋巴處

Directions for Use:
As a Facial Serum Oil — Cleanse face thoroughly, then apply toner. Mix a few drops of the massage oil with your daily moisturizer in the palm of your hand, then evenly apply to the face and neck. The skin will gradually absorb the oil; no rinsing required.
For Facial Massage / Gua Sha — Cleanse face thoroughly, then evenly apply the massage oil to the face and neck. Massage gently for a few minutes to promote absorption. Massage from the center of the face outward. After completing the massage, allow the skin to absorb the oil for approximately 10 minutes, then rinse gently with water.
Facial Massage / Gua Sha Technique:
Evenly apply the massage oil to the face and neck, then massage gently for a few minutes to enhance absorption.
Starting from the center of the face outward, use your middle and index fingers or a gua sha tool to gently press and lift from the corners of the mouth, moving from bottom to top.
Next, massage the sides of the nose, working from bottom to top.
From the sides of the nose upward to the forehead, smooth outward from the center toward both sides.
Glide around the eye area, massaging from the outer corners of the eyes toward the inner corners (meeting at the brow bone).
Gently press along the eye sockets toward the front of the ears, then continue downward along the neck toward the lymph nodes.
