Q: 運費如何計算？ 全店購買滿 HK300即享免運費（只限香港）。未滿HK300 之訂單，運費為 HK$25（SF Express 配送）。
Q: 多久會收到貨？ 確認訂單及付款後，我們將於 1-2 個工作天內發貨。一般香港本地配送時間為 2-3 個工作天。
Q: 可以寄送海外嗎？ 目前官網主要服務香港地區。海外顧客可透過 Strawberrynet 選購 Field Green 產品。如需直接國際配送，請 WhatsApp 或電郵查詢。
Q: 支援哪些付款方式？ 我們支援 PayPal、PayMe、銀行轉帳，以及 Visa、Mastercard、American Express、UnionPay、Alipay、Apple Pay、Google Pay。

📦Orders & Shipping :
Q: How much is shipping? Free shipping on orders over HK300(HongKongonly). OrdersunderHK300 are charged HK$25 (SF Express).
Q: How long does delivery take? Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days after confirmation. Local Hong Kong delivery typically takes
2-3 business days.
Q: Do you ship internationally? Our website currently serves Hong Kong. International customers can find Field Green products on Strawberrynet.
For direct international shipping inquiries, please WhatsApp or email us.
Q: What payment methods do you accept? We accept PayPal, PayMe, bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Alipay, Apple Pay,
and Google Pay.

🔄 退換貨政策 :
Q: 產品不合適可以退換嗎？ 如產品在運送過程中受損或有品質問題，請於收貨後 7 天內聯絡我們，我們將安排退換。詳情請參閱 退款政策。
Q: 開封後的產品可以退嗎？ 基於衛生考量，已開封的產品恕不接受退換，除非產品本身存在品質問題。

Q: Can I return an opened product? For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned unless there is a quality defect.


🌿 產品使用 :
Q: 孕婦可以使用 Field Green 產品嗎？ 我們的產品採用 100% 天然成分，無化學添加，一般孕婦可安心使用。
但每個人體質不同，建議使用前諮詢醫生，並先於手腕內側進行皮膚測試。
Q: 兒童可以使用嗎？ 大部分產品適合兒童使用。建議 3 歲以下幼兒使用前諮詢醫生。
Q: 按摩油可以每天使用嗎？ 可以。漢方療癒按摩油適合每天使用，尤其運動後或睡前按摩，有助肌肉放鬆及提升睡眠質素。
Q: 擴香瓶可以持續多久？ 150ml 擴香瓶在正常室溫下一般可持續擴香約 2-3 個月。擺放位置避免陽光直射及空調出風口，可延長使用時間。
Q: 面部精華油會堵塞毛孔嗎？ 不會。我們選用葡萄籽油為基底，屬於輕質植物油，易吸收不油膩，不易堵塞毛孔。油性肌膚也可放心使用。

🌿 Product Usage :
Q: Are Field Green products safe during pregnancy? Our products use 100% natural ingredients with no chemical additives.
They are generally safe for pregnancy, but we recommend consulting your doctor and doing a patch test on your inner wrist first.
Q: Are the products safe for children? Most products are suitable for children. For children under 3, we recommend consulting a doctor before use.
Q: Can I use the massage oil daily? Yes. Our TCM Healing Massage Oil is designed for daily use, especially after exercise or before bedtime to relax
muscles and improve sleep quality.
Q: How long does a reed diffuser last? A 150ml reed diffuser typically lasts 2-3 months at normal room temperature. Avoid direct sunlight and air
conditioner vents to extend its life.
Q: Will the face serum oil clog pores? No. Our face serum uses grapeseed oil as the base — a lightweight botanical oil that absorbs easily and is non-comedogenic. Suitable even for oily skin types.
