Directions for Use:
Dispense a small amount into the palm and massage onto the body. This helps relax muscles while nourishing the skin. Gently massage over the body to promote relaxation, stimulate blood circulation, and relieve various types of pain. Also suitable for full-body meridian massage, gua sha, and foot reflexology.

Suggested Applications:

1. Home Relaxation Massage — Apply to legs, back, shoulders, neck, or any other area for full-body or targeted relief.

2. Abdominal Massage — Gently apply in a clockwise direction on the abdomen, or dab onto shoulders, neck, chest, abdomen, and acupoints.
